Official venue booking rules, operational guidelines, inventory allocation, and support staff provisions for KPK's Vijetha Convention Hall.
A security deposit of ₹40,000/- must be paid as an advance to confirm the hall booking.
Cooking vessels & kitchen utensils are available at the hall for catering. The rental amount for these items must be paid by the party.
Meter reading must be verified before entering the hall and upon vacating. Electricity bill must be paid as per units at ₹15/- per unit.
2 heavy-duty generators are dedicated for hall AC. Diesel fuel consumption at 25 Litres per hour per generator must be paid by the party.
For hall stage decoration and illumination, only the authorized working personnel of the mandapam are permitted.
If the event is cancelled for any reason, the amount paid for the mandapam will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Only clients who agree to all rules & regulations stipulated by the hall management will be permitted to book.
Management is not held liable for generator/AC unit interruptions caused by technical issues; however, prompt action will be taken immediately to rectify faults.
